Our products are designed to be compatible with every skin type :) Complete lists of ingredients can be found on the respective product pages. Our products are already dermatologically tested.  If you have any concerns consult our ingredient list with your healthcare provider prior to use.

Yes. Every SuperYou product is vegan, not tested on animals, and has received certifications from both Leaping Bunny and VeganOK.

None of our ingredients are derived from nuts or peanuts. However, some of our products contain oils derived from seeds. We make every effort to transparently disclose this information through ingredient lists on our packaging and website, adhering to applicable laws. Additionally, our production facilities handle nut-containing products, including tree nuts, which may pose a risk of cross-contamination.

Yes, all SuperYou products are available without fragrance.

While no ingredients in our formula have been identified as harmful for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, we recommend consulting with your healthcare providers and reviewing our ingredient list with them before use.

SuperYou products adhere to the advanced Beauty Clean 2.0 standards, which exceed basic clean beauty guidelines by eschewing harmful ingredients such as parabens, fragrances, silicones, alcohols, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), and more. Our products are:

  • Safe, as they do not adversely affect skin health.
  • Gentle, supporting the skin and its microbiome.
  • Effective, providing long-lasting results.

Yes. Our primary and secondary packages are already 50% PCR recyclable.

Shipping

Standard Shipping: Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after fulfillment (excluding Saturdays and holidays) , sometimes sooner. 

Express Shipping:  Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days after fulfillment (excluding Saturdays and holidays).

Orders destined for island regions may experience delays.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.

We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

In Italy, we offer free standard shipping for orders of at least €50. For orders below this amount, standard shipping costs €6 and takes up to 4 business days. Express shipping is available for €8, with delivery within 2 business days, excluding processing time. All shipments are trackable and carried out by SDA. Please note that delivery times to the islands may be longer.

For the time being, we ship our products only within Italy. Please subscribe to our email list to get further updates on country launches and news.

Orders and Payments

You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

We accept major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa), Debit Cards, prepaid cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Your credit card will be charged immediately upon processing your order.

No worries, simply choose the option to reset it and remember to save it for future use :)

As a new brand with limited inventory, we aim to ensure that all customers have access to our products. To protect everyone involved, our fraud detection system may cancel orders that appear to be made in rapid succession within a short time frame. Additionally, creating multiple accounts to place orders is against our terms and conditions.

Returns and Refunds

Contact our team at hello@superyoukin.com (be sure to include your order number) within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll assist you promptly with any returns or further inquiries. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. For more details, refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Our fulfillment center processes orders rapidly, which limits our ability to make changes once an order is placed. If you need to request a cancellation or change, please contact our team immediately at hello@superyouskin.com with your order details. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. During periods of high order volume, we are unable to cancel or edit orders. Additionally, we are not responsible for any errors in shipping addresses or delays once the package has left our facility.
